I'm having issues placing an order.
Orders are processed within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, GMT+8. We will contact you via email to confirm your order and shipping. For out of stock items, we will contact you with an approximate delivery date and you may choose to wait for the item(s) or revoke your order for a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
Hong Kong orders are delivered within 2 working days, orders are also available to pickup from the Typhoon8 office in Wong Chuk Hang.
International orders shipping time may vary depending on location and delays at customs, we will provide a tracking number once item is shipped.

I'd like to cancel, return or replace my order.
Refunds
We can offer refunds for items which have not been shipped and defective or incorrect items that have been shipped. For all other cases, we provide exchanges or credit towards a future purchase
Returns & Exchanges
Unused or unworn items can be returned for exchange or credit towards a future purchase. Exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase date. Related shipping charges will not be included in the credit
Defective / Incorrect Item(s)
We stand by the quality of our products, we will happily replace defective/incorrect item for you at our cost or refund you for the item and the shipping charge.

For large orders, or customized gear orders, we will accept wire transfer payment as well.
