The Hong Kong Island Paddle Club (sponsored by Typhoo8) has swept the 2007 Deep Water Bay Race in all 3 race categories! Congratulations to HKIPC!

Congratulations to Team Hawaii sponsored by Typhoon8 and Outrigger Connection HK for defending their title in the OC-6 class and winning the Loro Piana Around the Island Race 2006 in a time of 3 hours 31 mins and 20 seconds

Team Hawaii Crew members included: Kamoa Kalama, Donovan Leandro, CJ Day, Byron Ho, Lance Anderson, Ben Quitevis, Rob Kaiwai, Andy Penny and James Shortis.

The race began in Causeway Bay at the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club and was a full circumnavigation around Hong Kong Island in a clockwise direction finishing at the RHKYC.

Typhoon8 Paddling Products Ocean Racing Series 2006

Typhoon8's inaugural Ocean Racing Series in Hong Kong kicked off with the first race in Deep Water Bay and followed with the second race in Stanley and the third race back in Deep Water Bay.
