- Ordering -
  • Hong Kong Customers
    Hong Kong customers can order by phone at +852 2518-3823 or by email sales@typhoon8.com directly from us. Merchandise can be delivered by local courier for a small fee (rates vary depending on items ordered) or is available by pickup from the Typhoon8 office in Wong Chuk Hang.

    International Customers
    International customers can order directly from our on-line shop or by emailing us at sales@typhoon8.com. Any questions regarding orders or products can be sent to sales@typhoon8.com.

    Order Processing
    Orders made through our on-line shop are processed within 48 hours of your order, from Monday through Friday, Hong Kong time (GMT+8). We will contact you via email to confirm availability of your order and shipping of your order. For out of stock items, we will contact you with an approximate delivery date and you may choose to wait for the item(s) or revoke your order for a full refund. Typhoon8 reserves the right at any time to accept or decline your order, or limit the order quantity for any reason.

    International Customers
    Standard shipping for your convenience, international orders made via our online shop are shipped airmail via Hong Kong Post. Delivery time will vary depending on your location and whether there are any delays at customs at the destination country. In our experience, shipments to Asia and Australia typically take less than 7 days and shipments to North America and Europe take typically 7-14 business days from day of posting but we cannot guarantee exact date of arrival with this shipping method. Please note that custom delays at the destination country are out of our control.

    Bank/ATM/online transfer to HSBC account - HKD cheque - Credit Card (Visa) - Paypal (www.paypal.com)
    Paypal: We accept payment via paypal - an eBay company (www.paypal.com) which is an online payment method which can be funded by most major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. There is no charge to send money via paypal and only a nominal charge to setup an account.


    International customers can pay via: -

- Refunds | Returns | Exchanges -
  • Refunds
    We can only offer refunds for items which have not yet been shipped (including out of stock items) or for defective or incorrect items that have been shipped. For all other cases, we provide exchanges or credit towards a future purchase only, please see below for more details.

    Returns & Exchanges
    Unused merchandise and unworn apparel can be returned for exchange or credit towards a future purchase. Exchanges must be within 60 days of purchase date. Related shipping charges will not be included in the credit however (with exception of defective or incorrect items).

    Defective products / Incorrect Item(s)
    We stand by the quality of our products and if you should happen to receive a defective product or the incorrect product, we will happily replace the item for you at our cost or refund you for the item and the shipping charge.
