Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

Refunds
We can only offer refunds for items which have not yet been shipped (including out of stock items) or for defective or incorrect items that have been shipped. For all other cases, we provide exchanges or credit towards a future purchase only, please see below for more details.

Returns & Exchanges
Unused merchandise and unworn apparel can be returned for exchange or credit towards a future purchase. Exchanges must be within 60 days of purchase date.

Related shipping charges will not be included in the credit however (with exception of defective or incorrect items).

Typhoon8 however cannot accept returns / exchanges on bikinis or swimwear for the protection of the health of our customers.

Defective products / Incorrect Item
We stand by the quality of our products and if you should happen to receive a defective product or the incorrect product, we will happily replace the item for you at our cost or refund you for the item and the shipping charge.
